I recently picked up a pair of enormous 30kva, 240v 100A variacs. They are brand new, and I haven't even opened the shipping crate yet. I've snapped a couple of crappy pictures to gauge interest. I'll open the crate and get better pictures next week sometime.

I'm in Utah, and local pickup is best. But I will separate, palatalize, and freight them as needed.

Feel free to reply here, or shoot me a text directly to (801)417-3417.

They weigh 250lbs each after strapping to a pallet. Shipping would probably be ridiculous. At least $1000+

I picked them up a freight recovery auction. I don't need two. Really I don't even need one, Its way bigger than I'd ever use, so I'd sell it if the price is right.
Not sure on price yet. What do variacs of this size generally go for?

Carry on.. as in carry on luggage on an airplane.

It's not funny now because I'm explaining the joke, but I imagined the studardess asking if help was needed to put one in the overhead compartment, so picture that activity.

Variacs of this size? how often do you see one this size?

I've seen stacks of 1256D's, but these things are horrendous!

I'd expect it to be going towards £1k+ however nobody here has the money for that I believe.
