in the mass of the proton only 1% comes from higgs rest is just energy the higgs mechanism was needed to explain the W and Z bosons and there is where is most prominent
given the fact that most of the matter in the universe is protons, neutrons and electrons and how little those particles interact with the higgs field is foolish to say gravity and higgs are in direct correlation....

What are the odds of a "Super-Higgs" that provides the other 99% of mass? I reckon it will be about 229 GeV, and be found mid August once all the new data is analyzed.
