I am looking for one (two) half bridge modules (buy trade.... donation ) - in the range of 200-300+Amps and 100+ volts. Will be used for motor control at frequencies around 25kHz so a slow brick is ok.

I have a huge load of 600V 600A IGBTs if you are interested! they may not even have been actually used for any period of time, i believe it was a scapped order. You can have 2x half-bridge modules for just postage :) (Xmas prezzy)
I also have 600V 400A IGBTs, along with 15V 500W DC-DC PSUs (they are about the size of a brick, if not smaller)
