Not sure if this will get locked, but I am making substantial progress with my superconducting neural net idea.

Essentially moving oxygen ions around to form pathways, and Al2O3 passivated silicon carbide based processors embedded in the bulk to allow for synapse like behavior.

Powering them would be a challenge but this is more of an engineering problem.

EDIT: May need to wait a while for materials science to improve, the materials simply are not yet stable enough.

The basic idea is sound but until someone figures out the formula for a stable superconductor at above 133K it won't be reliable enough for long lasting connections to form.

However while other researchers have made significant progress recently it is feasible given future advances in materials that HTSC may be possible above 260K within the range of a somewhat simpler cooling setup.
Also using a working cryogenic system to design a better one is a good starting point.
