Ok guys, I have a scope going free - all I ask is that you pay the postage!

However there is a slight catch, it needs a bit of repair work. When you power it on, it initially looks like the horizontal deflection has gone, but this is not the case - I think there is a problem with the timebase. If you mess about with the timebase and trigger, it occasionally performs normally - but this has become less and less frequent, to not at all. However, I don't think the problem is that serious, so it has been sitting around for a couple of months doing nothing. It doesn't look like i'm ever going to get around to looking at it myself, so I thought i'd give someone else the chance. It's also missing it's screen protector thing, but that's no big deal.

It's a dual channel, with delay line, 50Mhz bandwidth. Philips PM3240.

Weighs in at about 10Kg, which is about £10 postage to the UK. As for the rest of the world, I doubt it would be worth the cost of postage, but I'd send it anywhere if you're paying, you'd just have to do all the homework for me smile

Failing this, it'll be gutted for parts and dumped at the recycling centre cheesey

I'd like this 'scope for 10quid postage;
If I can't get it going I may make it part of a flying-spot scanner
(since I'm just abot to get a photomultiplier tube)
or scrap/salvege it or whatever.you could send me a PayPal invoice
(I'll send my PayPal address)
