I need help.

I'm currently looking for someone in US that could help me acquiring some capacitors from the CTR Surplus EBay Store, as they are only dealing with people in the US.

My business proposal:
Up-front PayPal payment for the items . Later on, before shipping goods to Europe Iâ€™ll pay all necessary fees of shipping and handling related to. I know I'll have to pay additional in duties and taxes for the international shipment on delivery. Anyone who has some time to spare please let me know. EBay auction ends Friday, 21.03.2014. Thanks,
