The place were i currently have work experiance will be chucking out a large number of pelteir units.

Anyone want to buy them? they draw about 12v @ 5A each (have not measured properly as i had fans attached at the time)

each unit comes with or without heatsinks, as i am buying the units off them at scrap value + a bit, the prices will be:

£6 + P&P (~£4) for a pelteir plate peice:
3yzaTnCs

£18 + P&P (~£10) for a unit excluding backing plate:
J7QmQfis

£20 + P&P (~£12) for a whole unit:
QLa9Cnqs
MRsnUgCs

Postage is for UK, contact me for postage outside of UK

Most aluminium frames of the units have bent corners, this can be fixed rather easly however.
These heatsinks are high quality machined heatsinks with the fins pressed and glued in for better thermal dissapation then extruded versions.

I shall post again when it is confirmed completely i can buy them, please note your interest so i know how many to buy.

These units were used for special temperature controlled and logged fridges being sold at around £4,500. Each unit im selling cost them £250.
the units look clean and unused, the denting is from storage where they were on a pallet. The pelteir plates are quality made,
not cheap china ones like on ebay as these products were top-of line.

The unit is about 440mm long, the fan ports pictures are standard size fans like those found in computer PSUs.

Fins on a heatsink:

I may be interested in some, Tom, but the photo's look a bit confusing. Are there different types, or are they all identical? Is it two heatsinks per unit? Some more photo's with a ruler or something would be useful, if it's possible.

If I do have some I'll collect, so no need to wory about postage.

I don't want to disrupt your sale, but brand new equivalent TECs are cheaper on the bay... like 5€ or so

do you have some part reference we can look at or a datasheet? what brand is it?
