Hello everyone!

I'm happy to unveil the "USSTCC V1.1" board - a.k.a. "Sig's Universal SSTC Controller". These boards are the result of my dissatisfaction of readily available simple SSTC controllers in the "professionally made PCB" category. Two years ago I wanted a driver that didn't require unnecessary parts (like dual/triple voltage rails), would accept antenna or CT feedback, and could be used to operate Single Ended, Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge, or Push-Pull topologies without modification. I also wanted the option to run CW, and not just ISSTC mode without having to leave half the board populated and jumpering/bodging it to work.

It took two years to produce just because of a lack of funding, time, and opportunity, but in the last few months I brought the project to the front burner and got it done. I've already sold all the boards I had made from my testing phases and have several happy customers. This is now the first full production batch I'm selling.

Features:
-Tested operation range of 100KHz to 1MHz. *
-Easily drives two 12nF Ciss MOSFET gates. ** ***
-Powered Expansion Port for modular addition of external modulation/interruption. Directly compatible with FB123-ND FO Rx. Jumper for standalone CW mode.
-Powered from either 12-24VAC or 14-35VDC @ 2A.
-High Quality OSHpark Printed Circuit Boards with Gold-Plated Through-Holes. All Through-Hole Construction. Bright and well labeled Silk-Screen for easy assembly.
-High Quality Rising-Cage-Clamp Screw Terminal Block Input/Output connectors.

*Note: above 500KHz secondary CT is more reliable for ground-strike recovery and self start.
**Note: heatsinking the 8DIP gate drive chips and LM7812 needed for CW mode at above 750KHz.
***Note: additional gate drive ICs can be piggy-backed on top of each other in parallel for additional current.

Currently production is limited to small batches (~10) with approximately a two-week lead time. I have a very limited supply of a board + component kit version, which includes a new and ideal GDT core. I'll replenish stock as demand demands.

All documentation is clearly visible to all, including the schematic and bill of materials FOR FREE.

Pricing:
USSTCC unpopulated board: $25 + priority shipping and handling.
USSTCC Kit; board, board components, GDT core: $50 + priority shipping and handling.

I have a PayPal shopping cart set up for these boards on a dedicated Products page of my website for buyers: Sigurthr Enterprises

Additional documentation, videos, customer feedback, etc is to come as things progress. Do please forgive the under construction state of my website. Comments and questions are welcome both here (as long as in accordance with this board's FS thread policy) and via the Contact page of my website. Thank you very much for looking!
