Hello,
Im looking for a heatsink at least 350mm x 300mm
or 2 blocks of aluminium the same size but each of them 25mm thick

preferably the latter as then it can be watercooled, the reasoning is this:
MhCWI74

been looking with no good sucess....

I have something you could be interested in... HUGE heatsinks, black anodized, one at least 30*50*10cm and two at least 25*35*7cm, with fin spacing of 2cm or something, and fin thickness from 10mm to 3mm if I recall good enough

I'll have to have a look at second hand prices before though, as I don't know how much they are worth

I'm from Belgium so shipping wouldn't cost you two kidneys (maybe only one tongue )

I'll weight and measure the heatsinks this evening, along with some pictures

I'd be interested in any your not interested in Tom, as long as the price isn't too high.

Maybe we could share the shipping costs?

this is something like these ones, I need to figure an estimate price before quoting though

Link2

I don't want to rip you, but I still need a decent cashback ;) I'll try to find a nice compromise

EDIT:

For now, the belgian post office won't accept packages of more than 30kg

For ease of packaging and shipping, I'd be willing to pack them separately as they won't have crushed fins or something like this, or I can sort of crate them with wooden planks and rope if a group of those fall in the range of less than 30kg

For each parcel, it would cost 40€ to send over to UK

If you wish, I have powerblock thyristors of the 200A and 600A ratings if I recall (must look again) which were attached to those heatsinks and that I can sell separately

I have two smaller heatsinks I'd sell at 150€ and one bigger (and much heavier) I'd sell 200€

Pictures, dimensions and weighing comes later on this evening, price for all is 400€ (that makes my weight in aluminium, at least)

Im sorry, but that is a ripoff comparable to buying the walmart chain for £1000....

if i brought aluminium and borrowed a machineshop or got it machined into a water block or even a heatsink
i could still get the price much cheaper.

im really not gonna pay 400 Euros for a heatsink that cools 107 Euros of IGBTs....
