I'm cleaning up and getting rid of some stuff; some stuff I forgot I even had...so if anyone is interested in any of the following, please let me know.

(1) First item is a palladium-silver alloy tube (I think it's 75% Pd 25% Ag) with one end closed, of the type typically used for hydrogen purification. I think it can also be used as a cathode in an electrolytic cell - and at the same time as a membrane to admit some of the liberated H or D into a vacuum system - although I never got around to experimenting with it. I would describe it as "new old stock". It's 4" long, 0.125" OD, with a 0.005" wall thickness.

(2) Second item is a disk of high purity beryllium metal. It's 1.5" in diameter and 0.0625" thick. I think it could be used as a target for a neutron source, for example.

(3) Last item is a 2 stage, 3 CFM vacuum pump from Harbor Freight. Having only a few hours of run time, it's in like new condition.

The first two items are hard to find and usually rather expensive. I think $100 each is probably a fair price (plus actual shipping which would be a few dollars for priority mail).

The vacuum pump is probably worth about $90.00 (plus actual shipping cost which would probably be around $15). Since Harbor Freight is presently asking about $155, which, with a 20% off coupon and 6% sales tax, would come to about 131.00.

I got it directly from Brush Wellman Inc.

BTW if anyone's interested in it, I'll let it go for $90 (+ actual shipping, which would probably be $5 within the U.S.).
