Patent search?

Hi all.

While examining the "state of the art" phosphate cells, I might have come up with a way to triple the capacity without substantially increasing the cost.
The problem is that the copper plate is the limiting factor, as it destroys the cell(s) when overdischarged due to copper shunt.

The plan here is to use two different materials which by themselves are totally unsuitable, but when combined they are both lightweight and capable of carrying 5* the current of a similarly sized copper sheet while being far thinner.
Therefore the amount of active materials can be increased leading to more capacity without a physically larger cell.

With the addition of my method unique to phosphate cells of allowing pulsed charging far above anything previously achieved, and internal cooling shunts so liquid can be circulated through the cell for additional heat removal, something basically the same as an 18650 could hold over 10Ah safely.

How does one do a patent search?

so far all I found is Link2

also relevant, Link2
Quantum Magnetism, LOL! seems that those new sensors are more useful than previously thought.

Similar to the way you do a literature review - find some works similar to yours with conventional searches and then start digging through their references, etc etc.

Google Patents Link2 is your friend, assuming its US patents you're searching.

I didn't try to understand what you've described of your invention, but be aware that you have 1 year to file after the first public disclosure (which could be this post) or you lose your rights.
