I'm up on JT65 right now, tuned to 14.076 USB. Feel free to throw a call my way. NV1D.

What do I need to go from CW or ssb to JT-65 or psk31?
is it just pc software and an audio interface?

Pretty much. Depends on your radio. I'm on an FT-857, using digital VOX, so I don't even need a PTT line. It's just wired directly to the soundcard.

Finally back on line/air should either of you care to chat.

I can often be found beaconing in WSPR mode on either 20m or 30m should you care to check the propagation.

Has anything come of Sulaiman's original proposal?

I am regularly listening in on 40m SSB if anyone wants to propose a ragchew or 4HV round-table. When I find some time, plan to set up PSK31and RTTY capability on 10 and 40m. (Depends on how many antennas I can fit on my apartment terrace!)

Bill (ON9AWZ)

Update: Just got PSK31 up and running.
