as much as it pains me to think of the previous bulk buy...

I acquired a few (ok almost 100) pieces of high power silicon for a good deal I am thinking of selling off...
16x rurg8060 thinking $4/piece
16x hgtg18n120 thinking $5/piece
16x hgtg27n120 thinking $7/piece
(all in to-247 case)
40x 12a 1000v superfast (50ns) diodes (to-220 package) thinking $1/piece
if you guys want to buy me out I will sell the whole lot for $250

Also, looking at the digikey site they don't have any ucc's listed as available...

If I do get involved I plan to order some caps...

Just spoke to Digi-key, they have 59 UCC37321's in stock, and 232 UCC37322's in stock, dip8.
So that solves that problem.
Anyone else interested, or should I just sort myself out :P

Depends on How many we get.
If we get up to a minimum order of 25, the UCC's will be $1.98USD each.
Depending on the IGBT's we agree on, the will be anything from $2USD upwards.

EDIT:

I'll probably get a nice big bag of SIDACs too :P

I'll make available my US mailbox exchange so you can get it DHL couriered into Aus for redistribution. It's not free, though. Similarly, Peter (...) probably (understandably) won't want to be USGUY unless he gets a cut on the side to make up for the last time where he lost a few bucks...
