This thread is to save my ass and to prove to my mom i am innocent!

Today she thought she smelled marijuana on my breath. I am absolutely not smoking marijuana, and to prove it to her, i told her to buy a urine test. Of course, the first thing she figured was that i knew something about marijuana tests not working which is why i would suggest it, which would make smoking pot easier for me because she would not be on my back...

Please, don't get this thread locked, it is such a controversial subject, but this thread is about the chemistry behind tetrahydrocanibinol tests.

If i fail i can kiss my GU-50 tubes for Christmas goodbye ;-D

I didn't fully understand your question, but i have found a site that has a couple of tricks on how to pass such a test. I suppose that you can show them to your mom so she can make sure your don't follow them.

Here is the link.

I hope that i was helpful.

It depends on the test. The ones based on immunoassay are fairly reliable, but not perfect. The ones based on GC/MS analysis in a lab are good enough to stand up in court.
If she's prepared to fork out for a proper test then I don't think you have any sensible chance of faking the results. Ask if she is prepared to put her money where her mouth is (politely of course).

She won't even buy one, now. She has decided that i was smoking drugs for sure without any reasonable evidence. It makes no sense, you should assume innocence until proven otherwise. Smelling something doesn't mean that's what it is. I think it was the lasagna she cooked O_O

Well are you saying "im innocent" because you are innocent !?

if you are guilty of playing with the mary jane then most tests are pretty accurate, they can even detect adulteration like tap water, ive take many as i used to be a Vipros punch press CNC operator, never have i tested false positive so i think you should pee in the cup and see what she says. keep in mind i never have used the MJ, for reals dude, so i wouldnt want to try this trick if you have been reefing.

I remeber an examble in my calc class about this, one of the exponetional decay problems. theoretically a compond in your blood streem is nearlly there indefinly, there will aways be a trace of it in you sytem. and they have drug test that can detect a compond even mounths after use, but these are exreemly expenive, looking for minute traces of said compond.
