Hi, I have the following parts and modules to sell.
4* 22 GHz security modules, with Gunnplexers and PIR sensors.
Maybe usable for amateur radio etc?
1* 11 GHz module, somewhat larger but unable to test further.
Board from GSM/2G base station, contains some large RF HEMTs and a circulator marked "2.3"
Also have a box of "random stuff" that I haven't had time to do anything with.
Contains some nice MOSFETs still in original packaging and suitable for TC use, some vacuum tubes
which are probably high voltage triodes and H output drivers, and assorted ICs.
Have a strip (100+)of SMD diodes here that could be used for C/W multipliers, they are
BZY21 IIRC and good for 1000V apiece.
