Very Russian, much professional.

In all seriousness, you are playing with your health when using your own body as a conductor. There are long term effects from high voltage, high frequency and low current discharges through your body. But there is just little to no documentation on the subject. Common defects and early death for electricians and line workers are known to be memory loss, strokes and blood clotting in vital organs.

I hope you have already read: Link2

While it seems harmless to discharge high voltage from yourself to other things, consider if the discharge suddenly connects with a live wire or if your microwave oven was running, you are now wearing a grounded wire around your leg and has ionized the air, between your finger and the high voltage power supply in the oven, enough for it to strike you with 4 kVDC at 500 mA.

Yeah, this is well known. Also another potentially serious side effect is sensitization, ie by damaging fibres in the heart a future mild shock might *possibly* cause a fatal arrythmia.

This incidentally is why if you ever get shocked, get to a doctor ASAP. The lethal effects can be somewhat mitigated with correct treatment and if need be cardioversion. 12 lead ECG will pick up damage well before it becomes life threatening, this is remarkably similar to stroke progression where damage can occur hours or even days after the CVA.
