These were removed from some sort of soft silicone rubber potting, I haven't scraped too hard to get it all off. I've given them a quick test at 400v, and can't resolve anything more accurately than >> 1Gohm
The end terminals *will* take an M4 screw, but the correct thread is slightly larger and slightly coarser, probably an 8-32. They are about 45mm diameter, and 40mm long terminal stud to terminal stud.
Energy storage when fully charged, 1J. These will make an ideal Marx generator. 40kV per stage is just right for modest supply voltage, modest corona, and a very tolerant spark gap.
Any reasonable, or silly, offers considered, plus postage.
