Hi All,

I have a large quantity of 2MBI600U2E-060 600V 600A IGBTs

I have tested many of them (12 units) on both sides of the half-bridge brick and found no faults (low voltage testing)

I would like to give them away to people who need them or would like to do any projects with them, all I am asking for is shipping / P&P.

They have a board soldered over the top of them with a thermister on it and 10k resistors over the Gate / Emitters, The board can be desoldered easily enough.

Just message me or drop a post here if anyone has any interest.

This is in honor of Suliman who gave me a large number of things a while back that I never got around to working with. (However I have some good plans to do with what I have soon! :) )

I'm mostly clearing space right now so I actually have the room to execute half my projects.

Hi Thomas,

I did not see this before, so they are probably be gone already and anyhow I might be too new of a member to be eligible, but I would definitely be interested in a pair to drive coils to try to stimulate peripheral nerves.

Hey Thomas,

Are there any IGBT's still left? One or two of these monsters should be a bit of fun.

Since I'm in Australia it might be too much bother for you, but let me know if you're happy to send them on a long journey :)

I shall admit that Australia might be a bit of a pain, let me see if I can figure out a price for you, send me some details.
