Hello,

When I charge my capacitor, it takes more time than it should take.
It takes more than 15 minutes to fully charge the capacitor!
How is that possible?
I only used a resistor (1 Ohm) and a voltage source (15 Volts) to charge the capacitor.

We need more information about your capacitor and your power supply. The capacitance of your capacitor in Farad and the current capability of your power supply in Ampere. It should be written on the units.

If the low R (1 ohm) resistor does not over-load your circuit, then it's time constant is RC with R in Ohms and C in Farads (RC has units of time in seconds). The circuit should be virtually fully charged in four time constants, and over 99% charged in 5 time constants. Why do you say it takes too long to charge??
In your special case, with R=1ohm, your circuit's time constant is just C in Farads. If you are talking about supercapacitors the units of capacitance may be Farads--otherwise watch you prefixes. For example 100uF is 0.0001F, making your particular time constant 100uS
