Once I get my solidworks computer up and running again in a few days what would you like me to design? If it is in a field of study I have not learned yet I will take the time to research the subject. This could also be a place where others who use CAD can also help and be a foundation of something great. I can send the solidworks files to who requested the design in the first place and no one elts with out permission. This could be a place to share pictures of the design at your own risk.

22 Ghz EMDrive?

Trying to make one of these at the moment. the problem is everything has to be a lot smaller due to the shorter wavelength.

How about going and designing your own 6 axis robot arm? That could be fun! :)

I am definitely NOT expert in this area but others may clarify;

for photography, vibration is a bad thing
and I suspect that the air turbulence caused by one prop above another would cause vibration

also I think that it is generally accepted that efficient lift requires lower air speed with larger prop area,
and laminar airflow,
mounting one prop above another gives high speed turbulent airflow.

Here is another idea I had using 2 90mm EDF's for level Fast Forward Flight.
And a strange spaceship I designed in Auto desk Maya for a game I am working on for fun.

How about designing two concentric spherical conductive grids.
What I mean is spherical wire frames. They would Need to have as small a surface area as possible while maintaining structural integrity. the smaller grid should be about half the diameter of the larger grid. Meanwhile a way to keep them perfectly concentric would be necessary. This would be for a demonstration or functional IEC fusor.
