I discovered some nice induction heating caps for a good price on eBay, so I thought I'd notify the board in case anyone here is interested.
The capacitors are marked Inductotherm, and they were possibly manufactured by High Energy Corp. They certainly look very similar to the CHF-series from HEC . Note that the listed 300kVAR CHF-series are of a smaller physical size than these, so these might be rated for more than 300kVAR.
There is not a lot of info in the auction. I already bought some of them, and measured them to have a capacitance of around 700nF. I called up HEC, and while the guy I talked to didn't know these particular caps, he said they should handle at least 650V RMS and 600A RMS, possibly more. This puts their ideal operating frequency around 200kHz for maximum VAR.
For those who are considering buying them, these won't do much good with the classic ZVS Royer oscillator, and they won't do much good if you try to drive them with slow IGBT bricks, but with a proper half-bridge LCLR or series resonant driver, they can proecess a lot of power and melt steel.

Thank you for sharing this info. I had in my plans this idea of buying some dedicated heat induction capacitors, but IMO the brand new capacitors like those are too expensive for my personal experiments. And I have bought (all) 3 items left in order to compensate the international shipping rates and the customs tax & duties.
