I'll be there, driving up with Chris and Noelle! Not bringing my coil, since I done blowed it up (and also it would be a pain to bring), but I'll certainly bring my camera and a GoPro to stick in interesting places.

Back from the 'thon! So many awesome things to see and do, and of course I'm totally wiped. Thanks to all the people from 4hv that I saw there. Looking forward to sorting through all the media and posting the best for everyone to enjoy!

The laser harp was a much bigger hit than I thought it was going to be. I just took it along as a fun gizmo, but everyone seemed to want to play it...
I'm just happy none of my coils went boom! And we attacked a Fariday shielded quadrocopter with the big DRs! I'm sure there will be a ton of videos put up on.
Big thanks to Dr Spark and Dr Hank for hosting an awesome event, as they do every year without fail!
I have more images and videos on my SD card that didn't quite make the cut; if you're looking for more pictures of your (or someone else's!) coil, let me know, and I'll try and dig them out.
Great show from everyone involved, and of course a huge thanks to Dr. Spark and Dr. Hank for making it all happen! (Bonus points for Chris for giving me a place to crash.) Hope to see you all next year.
I swear to god, once I am 18 and don't have school in the way... I will go to this. In college, I'll call out for 3 days, and I WILL go to this. I was thinking about it the entire day. I need to see the Discovery Channel thing. :-/ still don't like waiting a long time to see it in person. Hope one year they hold it over my spring break. It usually falls on the last week of March. That year. I. WILL. go there. I shall beg my parents to take me. Hoping with all my might that it falls there next year...

Very cool! The dual coils were an excellent addition this year, as people on both sides got a great view. Man, you can really feel the heat off the sparks at that range.
